Who the Pricing Sprint is for

A self-guided sprint isn’t for everyone. But if you believe in the power of facilitation, prototyping, and customer interviews to transform your business, then it just might be for you.

You qualify if…

  • You are a charity or not-for-profit
  • You charge for your services and want to update your prices or
  • You are launching new services and want to know how to price them

It’s best if you…

  • Are fans of Miro or keen to learn this tool
  • Are open to evidence-based decision making
  • Have a minimum of relevant 5 customers/prospects you can interview

You’ll need…

  • A 3-5 member team including those accountable for pricing decisions and product owner(s)
  • The capacity to spend about a half day per week for 5 weeks on your Pricing Sprint
